Children's television presenter Katy Ashworth is showing her support for Bristol's 'Mum's the Word' appeal.
All of the profits from the event will go to the "Mum's the Word" appeal which is raising funds to help redevelop the maternity unit at Southmead hospital.
Katy is one of the main CBeebies presenters and the 45 minute shows will include songs, games and a chance to have a photo taken with her.
The "Mum's the word" appeal is raising funds to help redevelop the maternity unit at Southmead hospital. The plans include an expanded birthing suite, more consultation rooms for baby scans and a greater number of en-suite facilities for new mums.
The funds will also help refurbish the delivery suite and create a new family room for mothers, babies and their visitors.
Trevor Reid, Head of Fundraising said, "We're so delighted that Katy is joining forces with the Mum's the Word appeal and putting on these special shows. Katy is a big favourite with many children, and Mums and Dads!"
