We are delighted to be an official charity of the Frenchay 10k run in 2012.

Funds raised at the event on Sunday 15th of April 2012 will go to the Dreams and Wishes appeal which provides funding for terminally ill adult patients at North Bristol NHS Trust and is specifically used to fund patients 'dreams and wishes'.

To date more than £130,000 has been raised and more than 100 grants have been awarded by the Dreams and Wishes appeal.

 
Examples of grants we have funded include special holidays with loved ones including trips to Australia, Kenya, Spain, France and America,  UK Holidays, car hire for necessary journeys and special visits,  days out, theatre trips, nursing care to enable patients to be cared for at home and essential home improvements.
