Terms and Conditions

When uploading pictures, you agree to the following guidelines.
Please only send images which are yours and where you own the copyright, such as photos you have taken.

Please ensure you have the permission of parent or guardian of the child shown in the photograph.
By submitting an image you agree that it can be used in the mosaic and you understand that it cannot be removed from the mosaic .

Your submitted image should be of a single baby up to a year in age, and not show any other people.
Once an image has been submitted and payment received it is not possible to remove the image from the mural.
Please don’t show nudity. If we find that you've uploaded a picture that contains inappropriate content, we will remove the picture.
We reserve the right to not use a picture. In these instances any donation will be returned.
We ask for a minimum donation of £10 per image submitted.
All pictures will be stored safely at North Bristol NHS Trust for the purposes of creating the mosaic image and not held online within 24 hours of them being uploaded.
The submitted images will be deleted from our systems by 31st December 2012.
Do not upload content that is illegal or prohibited.
Any photo file with a file size larger than 5MB will be rejected.
You should ensure that you keep originals and backups of your submitted images as we may not be able to send them back to you.
We reserve the right to edit any submitted image where we deem necessary.
We reserve the right not to proceed with the project. In this instance all donations will be returned.
All funds raised will go to the Mum’s the Word appeal, part of the Shine together charity, based at Southmead and Frenchay hospitals. Registered charity number 1055900.
