A Thousand Smiles for Southmead Hospital baby unit

Your baby can be part of something amazing for 2012!

We are launching a search for pictures of 1,000 babies born at the maternity unit, for an ambitious new project.

The pictures will form a two metre wide mosaic called A Thousand Smiles to be displayed in Southmead Hospital’s baby unit.

Each of the donated images will form part of a bigger picture celebrating the work at Southmead Maternity Unit.

How our thousand smiles mosaic might look

We are encouraging a donation of £10 per picture submitted.

To be part of this amazing picture simply fill in the form below and send us your baby’s picture together with your donation.

By taking part you will also receive your own memento postcard featuring the finished mosaic.

Please note - each image submitted should feature preferably a head and shoulders picture of a baby aged under one year old. Only one baby in each image submitted please.

The mosaic is due to appear late Summer 2012.
