It's really easy to be part of our fantastic mosaic of 1000 baby photos for Southmead Maternity unit.

We are encouraging a suggested donation of £10 per picture submitted.

Please note - each image submitted should feature preferably a head and shoulders picture of a baby aged under one year old. Only one baby in each image submitted please.

The mosaic is due to appear late Summer 2012.
